San Biagio della Cima, Soldano and Vallecrosia: these three villages are linked by the flow of the Verbone stream, whose course has shaped the valley, leaving people the task of modelling the land with stone walls to cultivate vineyards, flowers and olive trees. This is the homeland of the famous Rossese wine, heroically cultivated, and of roses, now accompanied by mimosa trees and ornamental foliage. The visit takes us to Vallecrosia Alta, a well-kept village, adorned with painted doors by Imelda Bassanello and wooden sculptures by Barba Brisiu, representing traditional local activities. In San Biagio della Cima, the route passes through places beloved by the writer Francesco Biamonti, author of the book "Vento largo", a literary landscape to be explored by mountain bike or on foot. In Soldano, we discover the fortified village, its churches, and the heritage of Rossese, Liguria's first DOC (Denomination of Controlled Origin) wine.
