Discover Apricale, a medieval village built on a sun-facing ridge, hidden from view until the last bend in the road. The guided tour starts from the square overlooking Perinaldo and winds through the narrow alleyways and the many murals created in the 1970s, reaching La Ciassa, the heart of the village. From there, we make our way up to the parish church and the Castello della Lucertola, an imposing fortress that bears witness to medieval defenses, before entering the Ubagu area, in a labyrinth of stone alleyways. In the main square, you can enjoy "zabaione", a symbol of Apricale’s culinary tradition, and admire the natural setting that, in summer, hosts the travelling performances of the Teatro della Tosse, a magical event! Among the exhibitions organized inside the castle, the 50 murals, and the artistic installations, art lovers will find plenty of inspiration for an unforgettable visit.
